What you need to know before jumping in:
- Bring proof of your valid (non-expired) certification.
- Expect a mix of hands-on practice and engaging online content.
Here’s the breakdown:
- 2 hours online: Watch, learn, and maybe laugh (yes, we even make CPR videos entertaining).
- 2 hours in-class: Practice life-saving moves with our pros and gear that feels real.
It’s modern, interactive, and designed for adults who’d rather not feel like they’re back in high school health class.
If you need CPR/AED Level C for work, this is your course. Simple as that.

- This course meets CSA Z1210-17 standards—so you’re covered.
- Certification is valid for 3 years, but only if your current one isn’t expired.
- Finish the online portion before attending the in-person skills session—no exceptions.
- Once you start the course or receive your certificate, no changes, upgrades, or reschedules are allowed. Classes must be completed as scheduled—no date splitting.
- If you’ve started or completed the course but selected the wrong one, you’ll need to register and complete the correct one from scratch.
