- 7.5 instructional hours in-person: Real-life scenarios, hands-on training, and in person skills for practice.
- Meets CSA Z1210 standards—so you’re workplace compliant.
- Certification valid for 3 years.

- Emergency scene management and PPE
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated external defibrillators (AED)
- Breathing emergencies
- Heart and stroke related emergencies

- Pulse checks
- Bag valve mask
- Opening the airway

- Wrap up your registration, smash that confirm button, and bam—you’re booked!

- This course meets CSA Z1210 standards, so you’re covered for compliance.
- Once you’ve started the course or received your certificate, no changes or upgrades can be made. Classes must be completed on their scheduled dates—no date splitting allowed.
